hi new here , wondering if anyone can help , i broke the clear lens on the wing mirror of the passenger door , i also broke the glass , i have the replacement parts , my problem is how to dismantle the mirror to fit the new clear lens , i can get the glass out , disconnect the wires ,then i took out the 5 screws holding the part that i assume turns the mirror ,this is where i get stuck i dont know how to proceed any further , i would be grateful for any help , apologies if my thread is in the wrong place .

If anything like my van once the mirror glass is out of the way there should be a couple of screws holding the lens in place, look in the manual it tells you how to replace the indicator bulb in the mirror which might help

With the glass out can you unclip the painted cover at the front of the mirror?
