Tyre Inflators

I have a friend who wants a 12V inflator, with a preset pressure. Now most of these either come with an adaptor that screws onto the valve, or the type you put over the valve and press a lever. This elderly person does not have strong fingers and a weak back.

When you use the inflator in a garage, it is the wand type, that you simply press and hold onto the valve. This strikes me as being a far better, and quicker design that requires far less effort.

But I can't see any of this type. Have you please?

Could he manage the above type which looks like it might fit onto the screw on type ?

Thanks Mike, that looks like it would be much easier for her.

I've bought this adaptor and the threads are the same. Screws on easily but I haven't tried it on a tyre valve as yet.

It's taken a while, at last I've tried the tyre compressor adaptor mentioned previously and found it easy to use and much quicker than screwing the original fitting on. Need to make sure the nozzle is pushed on the valve threads squarely or it will start to deflate.
