Ford pass app

Just logged in to mine and had a message that you need to upgrade to the new FordPass app as it will be faster and more frequent updates. It does give a link to Apple Store so i downloaded it and apart from the splash screen looks exactly the same !

I generally find going direct to Ford and not the dealer gets results.
My app was showing incorrect mileage but correct oil life % to the next service , Ford spent ages looking into it but their IT department said as long as the oil life % is correct that’s all that matters, didn’t make a big thing about it and they were very generous with compensation.

Also service paperwork doesn’t mention brake fluid change , app does?

If you really mean the Apple Watch, it is not something I worry about, it gets charged for a couple of hours overnight with my iPhone and Hearing Aids! They are scheduled on a Hive plug. I have just checked the battery, currently on 79% full after wearing it for 10 hours.

Yes, I meant the apple watch. It was just out of curiosity, I don't use it on the phone, so on the watch wouldn't be of interest, even if they did it on the Galaxy.
Great if you use it though.

You obviously have an auto as you get the engine start. However I only get 3 screens showing miles, lock/unlock and location. Much better than the normal pass app though. Cheers for the heads up.

What does the horn and lights page do?

I am going to assume that it sounds the horn and flashes the lights for those times when you park in a strange car park or Alton Towers and can't find your car. Especially at night

I am just going to try it now ....

It beeped the horn about 8 times and the lights flashed - I like it Fairly quick so I didn't disturb the neighbours to much.
