There was an error (possibly connection error while contacting the server) during the subscription to Web Notifications. They have been disabled in this browser. Please check your Internet connection and try again. Contact the board administrator if the problem persists.

Found out the problem, if you use Firefox here's what to do to solve the message

Click on the three bars on top right in Firefox,
Click on Options,
Click on Privacy & Security on left hand side,
Permissions,
Notifications,
Settings,
Tick box new requests,
Save settings.

I get same message on this site

Have you tried a different browser....No problems here using MS New Edge.

I think its a notification issue and appears if you decline browser notifications.
Looking into it now.

I'm using Firefox and get the message.

I declined. No issues with android and chrome.
