I have an early 2020 Puma with the cover, as you can see the whole shape off the box is different

I picked up a new 2021 model Puma ST Line X and same as yourself, when I got home it seemed like I never had a megabox mat and it was also the larger size. I noticed that also my boot shelf, doesn’t sit snug on the lower floor... almost as if it’s the wrong size? Fits perfectly on the regular level, but something definitely doesn’t seem right with it. Is anyone else’s new 2021 models the same? (See pictures)

The booth gets bigger near the bottom, so its logical that you have a gap at the lower level , or it wouldn,t fit at the regular level.
i see an other difference , the load capacity is 70 kg in yours and 50 kg in mine.
is yours the hibrid version or non hibrid ?

If you look at videos or images of the first version which has the smaller mega box, there seems to be a rubber floormat in the boot underneath which makes the boot shelf sit perfectly on the lower level. Mine is a hybrid 125PS model

Yep, you're right. I can remove this section to wash when required.

I traded in my 2020 ST-Line X which had the rubber mat, for an 2021 ST Puma which does not. I was going to complain but it sounds like it’s normal.
I noticed the same thing with the boot floor in that it didn’t seem to fit properly.

Hi I have Nov 2020 Build Model (125 MHev, with battery under the drivers seat, with 80L Megabox). On the Ford accessories site, It always say none of the Megabox liner will fit mine.
This is obviously the 50L mat?

When you check compatibility with my Vin, computer says NO. I even contacted Ford to and they said the same

Mine arrived Monday with no mega box matt. No st-line sill plate protectors or sports pedals. Also does the new car come with ford service book to stamp dealer services and the cloth book holder.

No service booklet as such. It's recorded online. maybe access through one of the apps. The owner manual is now online and you can download it as a pdf or view through the app i think. Which model did you get and is it new. Ford are peeling back more goodies as new models come off the line. The dealers profess not to know what Ford are up to. Enjoy your car.
