The latest maps are F12 and and 23188 is latest version of Sync.

I have seen that message on the web site before but it was when I looked up my previous Puma on the Ford site. I would suggest a quick trip to the dealer or a phone call in Ford CRC.

Yes F12 maps on Sync 3.4 ver 23188. Followed by a 8.8Gb map upgrade on top of that.
(Not everyone has received the map top up just yet). But definitely out there.

I'm on F10, but everytime I check for updates the screen message tells me I'm up to date. Fortunately I have an AA Road Atlas more up to date than my sat nav !

I'm assuming that it's your car screen that's telling you that you are up to date. If you go to the Ford website and input your VIN then it will offer up the sync and maps updates. Ford really need to admit that their wi-fi updates are pants.

What is telling you your up to date? Ford Website or on your Sync screen?
What is you current Sync version. Without Sync 3.4 ver 23188 you cannot update maps to F12.
You appear to be two steps behind.
