Ask the dealer if it’s fit for purpose.
They are pretty delicate. I had a go last night just out of interest. You definitely have to hold the clip with one hand whilst removing the shelf with the other, the same when you replace it.
So are they fit for the purpose of holding the shelf in place...... Yes, they are, but boy they're flimsy.
I reckon you'd need that whole section of side trim replaced.
Now when i mentioned the parcel shelf flapping around like a lunatic with the windows open, then being told “don’t open the windows”, well how would I have faired if that caused the clips to snap?
This happened to me this morning was moving my car 10m and placed something in the boot not realising it was resting on the parcel shelf I’m absolutely gutted

Feel for you. I've done loads of damage to stuff over the years. Can be fixed, so don't be gutted for long.
The hooks should be an easy replacement....The section they are attached to looks like it should just snap out.

Haa.... I've removed door cards in the past trying to fix rattles, only to break trim clips and make a right hash of the job. I vowed to leave things to people who know what they're doing in the future.
