Headlamp panel alignment
Maybe a reputable body repair shop will give some good advice. A lot of Ford dealers seem to be done with body repairs except for minor ones and themselves use local repairers.

Looking at the headlights, they appear to sit on a silver metal shelf, I may investigate at some stage, it might be possible to tilt it downwards a bit or there might be some adjustment possible under there, or just live with it
