Nice location. 4 nights from 12 September £555. Pricey like many other lodges.

4 nights in a lodge like the one pictured for only £555 seems like an amazing bargain to me.

Think that’s ok , everywhere is pricey, like the fact you are able to park next to the lodge
Would have been my choice of colour if I had gone for the st

It's a lot of money for me being a pensioner. Last September we spent 4 nights in a superb lodge in Bretby near Burton on Trent. That cost £345. This year the same deal is more than £600. That's through Hoseasons. There's inflation for you.

I am 11 years off officially being a pensioner and I do think its a lot of money, but its all relative to what you get I suppose.
We will be spending 3 nights in Blackpool at end of the month in our favourite hotel (which is both blue and big) at a cost of £263.50, which is quite a bit different from a whole house in the forest with its own hot tub.
I would love to try a Lodge sometime. :)

Lodges are the best. We've stayed in lots over the years. England, Scotland and France. Favourite place has to be the Scottish Highlands. Get lucky with the weather and it can't be beaten in my opinion.

Ironically Ron240, I'm 11 years past pension age.
