If you have proper plates they should have the UK symbol on them....If this is the case you don't need any additional stickers.

Has anybody actually confirmed that the lights auto adjust? I'm not convinced they did(UK spec car in Italy) based on the projection pattern I can see the odd time I drive in the dark. I don't think they adjust as such, but, as the Ford statement below says, they are built to both L & R tolerances. AFAIK they have flat beams with no left kick up that would dazzle euro drivers.
If they weren't I guess you'd be flashed all night long surely?....
