Hi everyone, I just got my Puma St line 2021 (2nd hand).
Previous owner lost one of these ball joints hangers and used something similar in shape which does not work.
So I've been trying to find anything similar, from other models also, but no luck so far.
Does anyone have a link or a way to find these ball joints for Puma?

Welcome to the forum.
Get it into the dealer, he should be able to replace under the warranty

Picked up my Puma yesterday and one of the ball joints has come off. Dealer is going to get it changed under warranty.
Question...are they supposed to "click in" when you attach the fitting onto the ball end?

From the photo of the hanging parcel shelf it shows the hanging toggle which pushes onto the toggle on the tailgate. Sadly I have lost the toggle that it pushes onto (I didn't know it came off, but it's the same as the one at the other end.
Can anyone tell me where I can get the replacement slot in toggle knob please?
