Hi, I've noticed the Ford Etis page has eventually been definitely not viewable by simple customers.
It was still accessible few weeks ago.

It's being 'decommissioned' and the new site seems to have added barriers to mere mortals accessing any worthwhile information.

If you go on and insert your vin number, at one point you're stuck, you need to log in if you're registered or if you're a official Ford service point

Are you registered? It doesn't work further than giving your vehicle and outstanding field actions for me. If you click anything else it takes you to the sign up page for dealers etc.

Not completely. You can still get to the service schedule pages. But yes a real shame that the best part of is now restricted. Do wonder why, its been available for many many years.
Registered ages ago when I first got the SUV. Works for me still…. Just a matter of time before I get the chop….

Works for me? Check preferences and select UK. Then continue, then vehicle, then type vin number (not reg plate). Then go top left, press menu (3 bars?) Then select Ford service and then service schedules.
