Has anyone ever had to claim on their GAP insurance from ALA ? Are they any good?

Claim from your regular insurance, ALA top it up.
Puma ST-Line-Vignale 155 manual, magnetic grey, DAP, electric tailgate. New in December 2021.

I know you claim from your normal insurance & GAP pays out the difference, but I mean has anyone had any experience of having made a claim & ALA gap insurance paying out the difference.
