Just to make sure everyone understands.

Your Puma needs to be built before 1st March 2020

We’re looking for the option to turn “surround sound” on in the Sync sound settings.

This poll is for ST Line X owners or anyone that has had the B&O system added as an extra or part of a package. So UK would be either a 69 plate or March registered 20 plate.

Had this response from Ford today regarding the provision of surround sound.

“ I have received confirmation from Ford this morning reference your surround sound and is as follows.

“Follow SBD and execute G2160968 SYNC Module (APIM) Surround Sound Configuration”.

Pumas that where built before or up to February 2020, did not have the surround sound feature. However, Pumas built from 01.03.2020 onwards, did have the surround sound feature.
Your vehicle is built before this date, and so the update in not available.”

If you do have a pre 01/03 Puma with surround, if you could let me know the build date if available.

I have just been told that the surround sound option should only be available on the ST-LINE X Plus !
