Looks like dealer didn't complete it correctly, I would go back and let them resolve it.

So logged with CRC, their response, go to dealer. Ford's really need to up their customer service game

I just insist it’s not a dealer issue as it’s there website issues and ask to escalate 😉

Partially, log file recreated but still wouldn’t upload to Ford site. Contacted CRC but they just referred me to dealer, even though I’d called in at the dealership after the first attempt and they said contact Ford 🤦‍♂️

so I saved the original log file using wordpad and as stated on other forums it does save........however.....not expecting any change on the update / version on my car anytime soon :-)

My case is still ongoing but have told them to escalate otherwise I will go further up the chain as I still have contacts from when I resolved the surround sound issue for them on the early build pumas . F12 maps are around the corner and available with a new build from some sources. But as I’m not in the country can’t comment on any differences and as per usual ford don’t give a changes file !

Well car went into dealership for the voice command issue. They had the car two days and couldn't fix the problem. Its been escalated higher up to I believe their ford tech team ?. The dealership believe it needs a new sync unit.
Apparently they need the hear from them first and said that could be days or weeks

Checked on Ford site a couple of minutes ago and I'm up to date apparently, version 3.4.22200 and map F11. It's been showing this for some time.
Puma ST-Line-Vignale 155 manual, magnetic grey, DAP, electric tailgate. New in December 2021.

Mine is still stuck on the very small map update which is not a map update. Installs in seconds and log file uploads okay but it never goes away. 😂
