Yep, whole front bumper is loose.

Not excessively, but enough to be able to put it back in to place.

anyone else able to see the bonnet release catch?
Hmmm, weird. Shouldn't there be insulation of some kind. Like in my Fiesta I see only this rubber thingy that is between the bonnet and bumper gap. I assume Ford would use similar design in Puma.

Having looked through a few pictures, it doesn’t seem like there is any trim/insulation within that gap.

Quality control seems to have went out the window in the factory. I know the cars are new and there will be problems. Its getting beyond a joke the faults that owners are finding. The skirt on the passenger side on mine is badly misaligned with the bottom of the wing.

Built abroad in Romania as far as i know..

In one of my last jobs- we had huge machinery frames built in Romania because the price was good. Unfortunately the quality was so bad that when they landed we had to get a local machining company to re machine them at expense. Trouble was that total cost still came in less than having them made in the UK first time around!

Bit of an update.

My dealership are saying the front bumper is within tolerance levels. I’m saying it’s dropped 5mm since purchase, that it’s also loose, you can physically lift it into place thus closing the gap. They’re also replacing the panoramic sunroof seal again. They haven’t mentioned the buzzing door panels and roof lining yet. Also the scuttle trim wasn’t mentioned. Have a look at this pics, one taken on 01/03 when I picked up the car, the other when I discovered the gap. Also, anyone else have trouble with the scuttle trim? (Photo also attached)
