Website says not, and shows no version, all done over WiFi ...

There’s a downloadable tool on the update page which allows you to create a log file and upload to the webpage, see if that helps. If my memory serves me correctly it’s in a troubleshooting section in the page. The website can take a little while to update itself sometimes.

Remember, when the Sync screen says F11 maps that means it has started the install. It would really help if Ford updated it when the install has finished, not started.

Thanks, that's exactly what I need, but there doesn't seem to be a troubleshooting page, just a page telling you how to do a usb update, which I already knew lol.
It would make sense to have that tool !

Yes! Just found it!
I tried this and it did make a log folder BUT the log was txt file or doc can't remember now?? So website would not accept it, I even changed the extension to xml But I will try again see what happens thanks

Only an XML file should be created.

Hi, the interrogator download now doesn't work fo r me. Noticed they seem to have updated its file name recently. Has anyone else tried it ?

In fact it thought it was media and tried to index it ...

tried the sync3updater, creates file but ford site rejects it

I've tried the interrogator tool but just get an error code: PKG_ERR04. No. xml file.
