How's the fiesta and focus building quality like?

Out of curiosity, how are you sure that the headlight is the problem and not the bonnet?
Could it be that right and lefthand drive cars are being build at different factory,s
It seems that most people with build quality issues drive a righthand drivers car.

Same factory, different assembly lines perhaps.

Do you guys in Holland, France, Italy or Portugal have your own forums? Have you noticed many defects on there if so?

Here in Holland i haven,t found one , but i know some people here who drive Puma,s
And i haven,t heard complains about Build quality.
But maybe the dealerships here have more eye for detail before they deliver a car to the customers

Quite possibly, but bonnet, wing, front grill near side wing appear aligned. Adjust the bonnet and it would loose alignment with the offside wing and front grill.

It appears that more puma owners have the same problem...Some blame the bonnet

No easy fix, most Puma's are like that, mass manufactured.

I gave mine a good looking over yesterday and particularly looked and panels and headlights alignments etc. All good.
