Pink is good, I have some. Nice smell. My tip for application is to spray your microfibre or applicator and apply not the surface, it leaves spots when dry if you overspray.

I haven’t used it. Personally I’m using CarPro Perl for my internal dressing at present. lovely natural satin finish, no oily greasy residue and no offensive smell.

I also read recently that citrus pre wash makes a good summer screen wash. I made a 20% solution and so far my windscreen is bug free.
Most Tar/fallout and some bug removers (and strong mixes of APC’s) will degrade protection. There are a number of variables as to what the protection is, how long it’s been down and how well it’s been maintained coupled with the chemical used.

If I’m using chemical decontamination as above, I’d be following it up with some form of protection at the end anyway. If you don’t plan on doing a full LSP covering as you’ve limited the use of tar remover to small areas, a spray with a liquid wax or detailer spray that has some form of protection built in would aid in layering any affected area

Once I’ve washed and decontaminated with tar and or fallout remover and rinsed down and before drying, I also apply a watered down dilution of my snow foam over the car once again to help neutralise any remaining chemical.

The key is not to leave products on for longer than necessary or use them where they aren’t required.

Tried so many of these and I rate Meguiers Endurance Tyre gel easily the best. Very messy though in storage.
How many times I've convinced myself, read suductive reviews, thinking something else is the answer to everything, only to buy it and give it away after a few goes as it don't match the Meguiers.
(and I am generally not a fan of Meguiers' stuff)

{sorry, saw it is an interior product. I thought it was a tyre gel.

Yes, I do similar; I wash the car again and factor that in on a decontamination day.

Thing that makes me laugh about this stuff is it is a HOBBY and the user has to see it as that. Other than a few quid here and there, if you are part Xing your car, it does jack all. The dealer don't care if you've used a quick detailer over a Oblitarate tar spot removal, whether you used a panel wipe to ensure your new wax/sealant bonds better and whether you used the 37 bucket method, rinsing out the lambswool mitt after each pass. In fact, if you explained all that to him a) he just wouldn't get it as 99% chance he isn't a car enthusiast anyway. It's be like explaining how you prove that the solution set of a second order linear differential equation forms a vector space- to someone who can't add up. b) He might give you a touch more money, but peanuts compared with the hours, care and knowledge you put in (and use it to sell it on for more) or 3) most likely, just think you're a sad, lifeless loon.
And to add insult to injury, the next owner of the PCP handback, or when part Xed after being a genuine cash sale, probably won't care either if Dodo Juice's lime prime was used as a cleanser when he or she is trying to find the closest parking spot to the ASDA opening and kicks her door shut whilst fumbling with her phone in one hand and her shopping bag in the other.

In addition, not that i was selling at the time, but I was once talking in a dealership whilst having my car serviced and mentioned that a 'given' part X price for a car, would presumably, be an average/above average condition example. I asked what MORE would i get given I do all of the detailing stuff described in many a post in this thread? I asked what would be my reward for trying my utmost to avoid driving my car in the rain? I asked what would be my reward for getting up in the early hours during winter storms, standing outside in the howling wind and lashing rain, checking my half cover is still protecting my hood? I asked what more i get given I hose the undercarriage once a week in the winter, and asap if I had to drive in conditions which had salt on the road (not so much, thankfully)? I asked that when it's snowing, i set my alarm and get up every hour to brush accumulation off the half cover over the soft top hood? And I asked how much more would i get in comparison to someone popping in with the same spec car, similar miles and age, who's car is 'alright' and just popped it to the car wash every 2 months?
As you can imagine, he didn't say 'thousands more for looking after a car like that'. He just looked at me like I'm a loon.
So basically, it does jack all when selling it on.

Ordering some B&H DSW as seen auto express awards, looks much better for just a few pounds more. 😀
Where do you purchase the b &h dsw stuff from?

My Puma is now sold to a dealer in lieu of a new Puma which is on order. When my car was valued I was given three possible options. Showroom condition, average condition and below average condition. Quite a difference between all three, so it does pay to look after your vehicle.
Puma ST-Line-Vignale 155 manual, magnetic grey, DAP, electric tailgate. New in December 2021.

I put in the effort into my cars because that’s what I want to do, I enjoy it and I like a clean car.

I don’t give any consideration as to what it’ll fetch or who will appreciate my effort when it comes to pass it on whether part ex or private sale. However for sellers like me, there’s possibly a buyer who will pick my car over one covered in swirls and marring.
