Hello everyone!
Prospect buyer here of a Ford Puma (hopefully ST Line X, 125 or 155HP).
Iβve been trying to google this for a while, and look into this forum as well, but no luck so far.
Recently, I watched a review video (canβt recall which one right bow) where the reviewer said that at the dealership, when buying a Puma, you can get a USB port fitted on the rear of the center console. I assume in that little hole just behind the armrest. Is that an option anyone is aware or of, or that they got fitted?
To be honest, itβs likely that this is not true after all (gotta love the internet!). So I guess my second question is whether you think a USB port can be fitted DIY/aftermarket instead. Did anyone look into this already?
I guess itβs also annoying to think there is a random empty pocket of space thatβs not been used by anything, apart from potentially helping passengers forget little objects in there.
Thank you so much already!
USB port for rear passengers
Not heard about any option to have extra USB ports fitted....As stated, you can run longer leads to the one inside the arm rest for rear passengers.

That's what I plan to do, should be fairly simple to do so.meatballs4life wrote: βWed Jul 21, 2021 12:55 pmYeah thought of that too recently! Maybe I can also route the cables decently to avoid having them flailing all over the place.
3m cable for the left passenger 2m for the right.. job done

Killer plan! I'd hate to drill holes / make larger mods in a brand new car.asl3312 wrote: βWed Jul 21, 2021 1:05 pmThat's what I plan to do, should be fairly simple to do so.meatballs4life wrote: βWed Jul 21, 2021 12:55 pmYeah thought of that too recently! The one in the armrest is USB-C port so I believe.
