I always buy Bilt Hamber Auto Wheel, not cheap but a little goes a long way and doesn’t damage the wheel or finish.

I’d take the cold and wet over the blazing sun for a car wash day……or it’s a good time for the engine bay and interior valet..

Is there a car polish that does not stain black plastic trim. I'm using Auto Glym products and the super resin gives a great shine. I use an eraser to tidy up any overspills on plastic trim. A bit messy but it works. I'm sure in the past I've used a polish that doesn't discolour plastic. It could have been a Turtle Wax product or possibly Diamond Bright.
Puma ST-Line-Vignale 155 manual, magnetic grey, DAP, electric tailgate. New in December 2021.

Consider taping trim using frogtape or similar before you polish. When you've finished peel off and job done. I've found all purpose cleaner takes any polish residue off too.

LOL any of you lot feel like a trip to New Zealand, you can come and do my car anytime. I've had the car 5 months and only washed it twice, just with a water blaster and a towel. Polish? What that then?

😁Rog, down there your rain is like mountain spring water. Every time you get a shower it's a free car wash. Saying that, you treat me to a flight and I'll gladly hand polish your Puma.

2nd test starts today, think your lads are gonna show us how to play😬
