Have used small companies in past, not always great either, find that can be equally as difficult to get back if there are any problems.
When mine was being quoted by a local company they asked why we had chosen them. I said, because if there are any major problems I can come around block your yard until you fix it...He thought I was joking.... ;) :lol:
