Triumph Herald 13/60 various shades of blue hand painted with a paint brush
Metro City 1.0 silver (first new car and I loved it!)

Nothing too exciting. We’re talking a mixture of Cortinas and Sierras. The bright yellow MK V Cortina stands out in my memory. But for other reasons a mixture of Bedford Vans, an old Maxi and Pony pickup are in there too.

Bluecat - my Sierra story is that my dad worked for BT as a chauffeur and brought home one of the very first Sierra Ghia’s, it’s hard to believe now just what a stir it caused in the street as it was like nothing else at the time!

I’ll bet it did. Similarly, a friend has previously had both a 2000E and an XR4x4. I always would have loved a cozzie but never achieved that one.

Always liked the look of the XR4x4, I think my lottery purchase would be a full set of all the various XR’s and a few Ghia’s added in

The Sierra was a marmite car when it first appeared....... and I don't like marmite :o
