Ordering some B&H DSW as seen auto express awards, looks much better for just a few pounds more. 😀
Where do you purchase the b &h dsw stuff from?

Amazon Mike, they're doing it for £17 Inc delivery, I know it retails around £15 but most companies charge extra for delivery under a certain amount, unless some peeps can update us. 😉👍

So, how many buckets do you all use?
I use 2-3 depending on the amount of dirt. If you know, you know....

I quite like Red7 by AutoSmart, Can spray liberally everywhere, and their Snow foam. Goes on like shaving foam, clings well and lifts must crud. Pic below after letting it sit for a few minutes.

I still need to fully Clay, polish & Wax my car. Not had the weather/time to do it since getting it! :(

I’m a 3 bucket wash.

One for the wheels with shampoo - I rinse my brushes and mitts before dipping them back into the bucket.

Two buckets for the body work. One rinse and one with shampoo. Both with grit guards and wash boards. Used with several dedicated mitts.

The cleaner the rinse water is at the end is a sign of a good pre wash.

@NeilS do you know if autoglym bug and tar remover strips protection please?

I also read recently that citrus pre wash makes a good summer screen wash. I made a 20% solution and so far my windscreen is bug free.

nOt sure of AutoGlym's (I don't sually like their products), but for what it's worth the AUTOFINESSE version (citrus power) don't strip wax...but it does nothing. The ££ I've spent on detailing products over the years, and off the top of my head I can't think if anything as rubbish as AutoFinesse Citrus power.
