Not sure if anyone has any ideas but my wife’s friend has just called and wanted to know why her cd keeps playing after she’s ejected it.
It’s really strange as it’s Michael Buble and whatever CD she puts in it always plays him when she takes the other one out. It plays whichever CD she puts in though.
I know the system needs rebooting as she has lost the radio and volume control and that will probably sort it. I’ve told her how reset it.
I checked to see if she had an SD card in but I could only see the Navigation card. There was nothing in the spare slot.
It’s a 2015 Gold GTD.

Sounds like it's playing through bluetooth connection from her phone maybe?
I asked her that but she says she doesn’t have it on her phone. However she’s pretty useless with tech so I guess she has it on there. I’ll check next time I see her.
