I cannot find a towel I am pleased with at the minute, use a Meguiars but just seems to smear the water rather than dry. Used to use a blade on other cars absolutely no issue but not going near this one with it being black and soft water based paint

Mike I use Glart towels, good absorbency and I think good quality. Available from Amazon.

Check on Amazon. Sometimes they have offers on them.

I was lucky and paid around £7. That said, it’s worth every penny of full price.

Just don’t use it dry!

Ok, even when my current towel is damp it leaves a dampness on the paint.

Depending on your LSP if you have any, your panels may be holding excess water and you may need to use more than one towel.

Microfibre towels will only hold so much. Instadry can be wrung out and reused.

Most of my panels are bone dry afterwards. Sometimes I just place the towel and either pat dry or slowly pull along the panel from the corners (mainly on the roof and bonnet).

GTechniq MF4 are good for me. Not tried the Instadry…
