Sunroof creaking

Greetings all.
Has anyone had any problems with the panoramic sunroof? Puma went into dealer last week for rattling sounds that were coming from rear roof lining around the sunroof. Dealer thought they fixed it, then over the weekend it started again. Dealer had it back Monday but kept it overnight for other Technicians to investigate, still can't fix it. They are going to have it back next week to have a specialist from National Windscreens look at it as the frame may need to be replaced. Has anyone else came across this. Oh by the way. When they were checking the sunroof they told me both rear Shock absorbers need replacing as they were leaking. They have replaced them. The car has only done 1400 miles.

Don't know about the sunroof, but, there was a recall for some that involved the Shock absorbers. I think they had a faulty batch.

I suspected that was the case. It came out of the blue for me though. But when checking on the forum I could see it had been mentioned a couple of times. Thanks though.

Wonder why they are using National Windscreens ?
if the frame requires replacing surely that is headliner out and unbolt it from the roof ?

Apparently the glass at the rear is bonded and they want advice/ help if it needs to be removed/replaced for the frame to be replaced. They seem unsure about what they need to do to sort it out.

Update on creaking sunroof. Apparently its the
ill-fitting internal roof lining and the rear sliding blind rattling that are causing the Creaking sounds. The panoramic sunroof is OK and not the problem. Now awaiting parts to fix it. Been waiting 2 weeks so far.
