Be careful not to over tighten that stud (for earth) - it's only a attached to bulkhead by a very light tack weld...

What size spanner is needed for the earth stud above the fuse box.

Can't remember the nut size sorry (13mm?) but there's also several (and better in my opinion) earth locations available on the A pillar near the door hinges. Just need to remove a couple of plastic covers (push fit), very similar to a Fiesta installation.

Plenty of help on YouTube such as below. Watch the section from around 5min 20sec for the panel removals...

The earth bolt was a bit tricky. Needed a long socket extension to get to it. Still, I didn't have to remove any plastic panels for the wiring which made the rest of the job easy.

The nut is 13mm and saying it's tricky to reach is an understatement. Needed long nose pliers to to get the earth cable behind the nut and at the same time tighten said nut. Took a few attempts but now it's all sorted. I used number 2 fuse for the power supply which is ignition controlled.
