Rob, you mean the ability to change climate settings and temp by sync screen yeah?

Currently I can see the set temp in the top bar and a pop up appears with a graphic when I'm changing the set temp using the dial. I think that's what Sparks is on about.

I cannot change any settings via sync, only when using the hvac controls below it.

Yeah sorry didn’t really explain my self , but yes the ability to change temp etc on the Sync unit. I did get it working with Forscan before it went in for the Surround fix but I reset the unit before I took to the dealership before they done the surround fix and forgot to take note of the settings.
I will have another play once the weather gets a little warmer as it’s cold sitting in the car !

Apparently it's an OTA update to your car.......

He's using standard ford pass app
