Anyone had the OTA update to enable guard mode?
Looking around some of the owner clubs it would seem that it is now available for Fiesta and Focus...
If the OTA update has installed itself (via the modem) would this then need to be activated by the user through a menu in the car?

AFAIK once your app has the feature you go through a set up procedure in the car...I've the latest app update and no guard feature...
I'm not gagging for this as it appears to be of little use.

Maybe the feature will appear in the next update of FordPass.

Does any Puma owner actually have Guard Mode yet please?

I see on Ford owners forums that older Fiestas have been getting it, seems to be some suggestion it needs a modem (or something) OTA software upgrade

FordPass pro app apparently already has the function, though it doesn’t show if car modem doesn’t support it yet

I have guard mode, so far it only seems to alert you if the car has been unlocked while the ignition is off

I only picked the car up on Friday, once I activated Fordpass it immediately showed up on the app. I went out this morning and rocked the car, nothing happened but as soon as I opened the car it triggered an alert.
Puma ST 1.5 Ecoboost 200PS, performance pack, Frozen White, Option Wheels.

What App version do you have?
Mine is 3.18.0 GBR
For the Pro version it's 1.18.5
I don't have 'Guard mode', not that I particularly want it, but, it would be interesting to try and determine the criteria for having it and not...
