That is what I said.
They want me to be happy so that when I change I go back to them.
I have all ready told me that as soon as they can get me out of this deal and into an ST the better. Not that I don’t like mine.

Yes, I paid in December just in case the price was going up. In the end it didn't change. It used to show in FordPass but I cannot see it now.

I guess you can use it at any dealer, or did you go through your dealer for it ?

Direct from Ford Protect (Ford Shop). It gives you the freedom to use at any Dealer. I have bought and used a Ford Protect Service Plan for my last 4 cars.

Mine never gets close to that, it gets to the level as shown (about halfway between 60 and the red-line 120, so around 90C I guess, which is normal with most cars), and stays there. Does yours reach that mark? Do you have that mark?

Edit - I think I have answered my own question, the manual says:

At normal operating temperature, the needle remains in the center section. If the needle enters the red section, the engine is overheating

There is a similar mark just above the 60C marker - between these two marks is considered 'the centre section'.

Thanks, it makes sense since the convenience check is £49.99 , service and brake fluid is going to be more than 190.00 so a no brainier. Noticed on the website the price is fixed until 31 st March
