there must be an easier way to add an image but i haven't found it - if you right click on the word image and select one of the options it should open up for you

Use the Full Editor, click on Attachments and then Place inline. Clicking on the word Image does nothing on my iPad.

In full editor just drag and drop into the box and click on Place Inline.

I never read to the bottom of emails / web pages, so having the attachments button at the bottom of the screen gave me no chance
