Does it fit in the megabox?

Yes, just. It won't go quite to the bottom, but it doesn't sit proud either. Oddly, it seemed to fit better once I had used it, maybe the sidewalls had flexed a bit? Seems unlikely.

You could deflate it a bit to fit in the box, then use the compressor when fitted.

Yes, I thought of that, but actually it's wedged nice and tight with stuff I don't use from one eon to the next underneath it. I might clean it though

I have kept the spare from my kuga. Its 17” with a 155/70/17. Seems to be roughly the same dia as the 18s on the car. Will store in garage and only use on longer journeys

I checked with Ford and they reckon there isn’t a spare wheel available for my car ?
Will email the dealer over the weekend, I will pay 150 for the kit for peace of mind and can always sell on when the puma goes or swap to my next one.

Just heard back from the dealer, they can supply a wheel, Jack and wheel brace for 130 + vat , it would be a shame to loose the mega box though.

Do you have any space under the the wheel or is that flat to the bottom of the box?
What space do you have above ?

No, it doesn't go flat to the bottom. There is space above and below. I put the junk I would only use in an emergency below it, and stuff I want more accessible above it. When it stops blowing a hooley outside, I'll take a pic.
