Looks like a different version of sync to me. Your button icons and colours are different.

Can you check here? Might explain your Ford Pass issues too.

And me ... What version of sync are you running Think mine is 9101_PRODUCT or 19101_PRODUCT

Yeah that’s the thing I had it in the 68 plate fiesta was awesome sound, this seems flat like the sun isn’t kicking in... (if it’s there) - not sure where to look as can’t see it in the boot.

Also the omission of the surround sound button in the audio makes me suspicious

Try to adjust your audio equaliser settings and add more middle volume. Maybe this will "wake up" your sub.

I think the sync version is your problem.

Mine is version 3.4 build 19200

BTW the amp is amp/ sub is working, just the surround mode isnt there, once turned on it kicks the ststem into life

No surround option on mine either. I have the 10 speaker system.

If you want to do a speaker test, press and hold both fwd buttons (under display and on steering wheel). It’ll then do a speaker test.
