It’s been raised with Ford Technical Support as the local garage had mine yesterday and raised the issue with Ford

I got my Puma on Saturday and it does include the Surround option. Mine is also an ST-Line X 155, not sure if that's relevant.

Hmmmmmm maybe it’s just the 155 model and not the 125.

I have a 155 st line x first edition plus no surround ford looking into it

Probably lost in the thread by now.

There is a software (probably firmware) mod (not a Sync update), I’m taking my stlx1sted+ in next week to have it fixed. I’ll let you know on Tuesday if it was a success.

Regarding this Surround Sound issue is there a specific department it should be reported to And if so what information should I give them I emailed the garage where I had the car from no reply as yet or are we going to wait for a recall or software update.... Thanks

It’s an ongoing issue and Ford say they’re looking in to the problem. They tried to solve the problem on my car a couple of weeks ago without success, so it’s now being investigated.

Little point in contacting anyone at the moment as they don’t have a solution to the problem.

I'm due to get my car tomorrow (delayed by recall and software update), so I'll see if I have surround or not - ST-Line x First Edition
