Also had a look at Bezel Diagnostics, says surround sound not available. Can it be enabled?

Thats interesting, odd though as the Fiesta had this option and it made the sound awesome.

In my opinion the sound is no where near as good as basically seems to be focused at the front.

On 16 on the Fiesta it was almost unbearable, where's on 16 in the Puma it's ok

More odd as each speaker is independently controlled.

Call me dim, but where are speakers 9 and 10 placed? I have 5 up front. 1 in each rear door and the sub in the boot.

I believe the back speakers have tweeters so are counted as 4, so 5 in front 4 in back and sub in boot

Notice the last line in the press release it clearly states a surround option....

An available B&O Sound System has been dynamically tuned to ensure a premium audio experience regardless of the driving conditions. The 10-speaker system includes a 150 mm by 200 mm externally coupled subwoofer integrated into the boot without compromising luggage space and delivering a smooth bass tone. The tweeter positions have been optimised to produce a wider sound stage at seating level, delivering an enveloping listening experience for all occupants. The system is powered by a 575-watt Digital Signal Processing Amplifier that controls equalisation and audio mixing including selectable Surround Sound.

Ahh. That would make sense. I went through the car yesterday looking for 2 rear speakers. As you have seen from my posted image I definitely have the surround option in Sync.

Thanks.

Because if you have it in the same model it has to be a sync 3 version

I have tried to update but it says it’s the latest version
