Mine is the exactly the same so they haven’t configured the correctly. I also noticed a couple of other configuration options like my navigation is turned off , and climate and chime is set to North American strategy! I think you could change them using forscan. This could be the reason that local hazard is also not working on some, I guess we need someone to check on a vehicle that it is working on

Long press the forward skip button on the steering wheel and the dash at the same time for 10 secs.
It will go into speaker test mode and then the menu will appear and press esc test.

You should now be in the Bezel Diagnostics as below and press APIM Diagnostics

You should now be in the Bezel Diagnostics/APIM as below and press Configuration Status . This is where you can scroll through the configuration of the car

So.... I've run the test mode just like you said.

Results probably don't help a lot.

Top Man for doing that , Have spotted 1 difference your Nav Repeater Format is different to mine as it says Intel Format. Can you also check this screen if its not to much problem

Mine is booked in Monday for various issues so will mention this as well
