Has anyone managed to speak to Ford Credit re the current situation?

The website has no info only to contact them which is difficult at this time as sure they have reduced levels of service. I've emailed them a few days ago and still waiting for a reply.

The US have been told payments can be delayed for up to 90 days but nothing here and can't do anything on the website.

First payment deferred and payment holiday offered so just need to let them know as they've just replied.

How do you qualify for this pal? What evidence do they need?

I just emailed asking if they had anything in place, told them when I purchased car and when first payment coming out. They replied saying can push back one month and giving payment holiday of one month and six months to pay back deferred payment. Got mine in March 7th so now first payment will be May 5th or June 6th. Just need to let them know.
