B&O Sound option

Just seen on Youtube (see image above) that some ST Line X Pumas now have a B&O option for the Sound category whereas mine is fully up to date and still just has the Sound option (mine is an ST Line X) and when you then go into the B&O option it then displays more options too like Beosonic with lounge, party, podcast, and relaxed, energetic and warm options?? Are these mainly just on the Vignale per chance?

My 2022 St line X has the B&O sound system and options. I thought all St line x’s had the B&O sound system with the Beosonic, surround sound system?

Hmmm, I will phone my local Ford garage in Gloucester tomorrow and find out why I don’t have that option unless it was for 22 models onwards. Still i’m sure (hope) it’s prob just a software upgrade seeing as I have the B&O speakers already. Thank you for the replies.

Same here 2021.75 model (reg 24.1.22) 71 plate , it has these settings , not that I use them lol.
2022 St-Line X 125 desert island blue
Back a couple of years we were complaining that some models didn't have the surround sound option that was advertised....We made enough fuss so that Ford pushed out an update and gave us the option to have surround on or off.....Well it made little difference to the quality of sound. I doubt the inclusion of a B&O branded setting option would give much more.
My sound system sounds really good, without the new option by the way.

Have it on my ST, didn't have it on my ST-Line-X First Edition.
Doesn't really do much except allow you to set a preference for your music taste with a little bit of setting tweaking. Set once and never used again in my case
