Ford announce the end of production for the Focus in 2025.

Making way for the new EV's no doubt....I think manufacturers should start fresh with totally new EV's instead of using existing vehicles and relying on some nostalgia sales.

The Fiesta will most likely follow. New models and new names will refresh the Ford brand.

This is sad to hear as I've had 2 Focus' and both served me very well. Times move on though I guess.

Its just a name, there will be another equivalent, although it will be an EV most likely.

The Focus was just an Escort by another name, same for the mondeo/sierra/cortina

As long as we get a full EV of the Puma with about 70+ kwh, it should have a decent range. Upgrade this to about 90kwh (battery's are getting better) for a ST 4 wheel drive.

I doubt it somehow!, the current hybrid puma will probably kick around for as long as its allowed to be made for then ford will probably drop it in favour of an all new full EV small SUV....
This is the names second coming already, not sure it will have a third?...
