My oil life has disappeared from the app but it’s still on the pro version.

I heard Ford are in dispute with some company/country over software licences. Maybe this is why the app is losing some functions?

Very strange. oil life showing on both apps for me.
Puma ST-Line-Vignale 155 manual, magnetic grey, DAP, electric tailgate. New in December 2021.

Something went wrong ... here.

It has never provided me with any useful information. On mine it has been a simple countdown to 2 years or 18,00 miles. I knew there was 50% oil life left at the end of the first year :o

Uninstall, reinstall.

What in particular do you need it for?
If you use it for anything, Uninstall the app and re-install.
Better still install and use the Pro version.
