Has anyone else had this issue?
The facility to open the nearside front door with a hand (keys in pocket) rather than the key, and to lock it by touching the pimples on the top of the door handle has failed - still working on driver's side.
Is this a known fault?
Car is one year old.

Best I can do is provide you with the Puma Manual and say take a look of the Doors and Locks or Keyless Entry sections. Sorry I can't help more, I have no fancy options on mine.
If the manual doesn't help, someone on here should be along soon or maybe a trip to your local FORD, it's under warranty yes
