Have they just given a quote via photo? It would be worth getting an actual inspection from a few 'smart repair' agents as it may just m/c polish out.

Well decided to buy one of those scratch removal kits and had a go, it’s a bit better but I still think it needs a bit more, will have another go when I’ve more time, I’ve included the before photos again to compare

Take your time. Multiple light pressures goes are the best approach. Think I said before, watch some Youtube videos.
