I’ve gone through a lease company to get my Puma and they’re pretty rubbish! I’ve had to chase them every step of the way. They gave me the name of the supplying dealer weeks ago (which is a non Ford fleet supplier), but when I got in touch with them they said that I have to go through the lease company as they aren’t allowed to give me any info on the car! Last week i finally got a vin and a reg number on the leasing portal so I’ve used ‘where is my Mach e’ to have a look. I have a relative who works at Dagenham and they saw my car in their compound last week using the vin! They put it as a priority delivery on the vmac system for me! I then saw the status change from ‘compound in’ to ‘compound out’, then back to ‘compound in’. I messaged the lease company saying that I have seen that it’s in Dagenham and is there any updates, but they’ve said that it’s still awaiting shipping to the U.K. and they’ll ask the dealer for any updates? Just wondering if there is another way to check where our cars are apart from ‘where is my Mach e’ because that shows my car as being in Mexico awaiting shipment?!
