BjNtheBear, seems like you might need a dealer change.
Puma ST-Line-Vignale 155 manual, magnetic grey, DAP, electric tailgate. New in December 2021.

Slightly off topic, but if I go to an independent garage for a service, can they update the electronic service history ?

I got my 1st 2 year service on July 1st I phoned dealer to ask when it would show on my ford app... I was told it could take up to a month to show..... Very confusing ., The question I would like to ask is where on the ford app should I look and do I have to download it I can't see where I can do this... My oil life is now up to 100pc

I have my service record now.... on my vehicle health check I have an advisory... Rear discs scoring and pitting should this be fixed under warranty or will I have to pay

No warranty on parts that wear i.e. brakes, tyres, clutch friction plate etc.

There has been much said about this. OP does not say what his mileage is. Apparently, they should last xx thousand miles but if his is low then needs to argue with the dealer/Ford Customer service.

As an aside - all manufacturers are moving away from asbestos in brake pads. I can't help feeling that this part of the issue. They won't last as long as an pad with asbestos in it.

I could have sworn I’d posted about this a couple of months back, anyhoo.. ford pass app is indeed now showing all service history info
St line x 1st edition, it has nearly everything
