Had the first service in January, nothing showing on the ford pass, just the pre delivery inspection, should it show on there, will ford have a record, ( no service book to stamp) .?
St line x 1st edition, it has nearly everything

Dealers responsibility , chase them up as some don't bother unless you pressure them.

Typical of a poor Ford dealership.
Recording your service digitally is part of Fords service procedure.
It takes all of 10minutes and usually 24hrs to appear on the customers App.
I dread to think how many customers have incomplete service records.
Get on to them and don't accept any excuses.
I have heard it told that if you don't get your vehicles digital record updated in a reasonable time then your dealership is unable to back date it.

I do have all the receipts and paperwork which I keep with the car and it goes with it when I get rid

I’ll keep a look out for that then when it comes to the time. I do also keep all receipts and docs for mine too. Even invoices for stuff like tyres and other consumable type bits n bobs.

Just rang the dealership and explained the situation, they are going to email the relevant department to update it..will keep you posted

So, the garage rang yesterday and said it has been updated and should appear within the next 24 hours, as yet, nothing on the app, now, am I correct in thinking it should appear on the ford pass app and I can view it through this?, atm it’s still showing pre delivery inspection and the first service due in January 22, just to be sure before I ring them again, I will give it until after the weekend just in case it takes longer…

It does indeed show in the FordPass app.

Noticed the Ford Pass App was recently updated. It now allows the owner to read the details of the PDi and details of any subsequent service. Even better it allows the owner to download vehicle service history. Brilliant I think you will agree. :D

@Rays1, yes great but mine is still not showing after over a year contacted Ford they said the dealer should have the record contacted the dealer two or three times guy told me he's emailed Ford?? typical runaround, however they did send me an invoice showing a debit on my account for PDI and plates??? wtf 😲☹️ haven't a clue what's going on, at the convenience check I pressed them again and they said still waiting on Ford to get back, also asked about the battery issue but it appears I'm not using the car enough 😅 even after a 400 mile road trip and it goes to sleep 😲 I'll maybe change the dealership for service, poor show from EH👎
