Thanks guys, I'm not sure whether the trade-off between a bit softer ride but a garage you can't move in cos it's now full of wheels is worth it. Mine is also the 125ps, maybe I should bide my time for a bit, then change the car for the bigger output one but without the big wheels.

If you advertise locally or on here that you would like to swap your 19's for 18's you may find someone to do a straight swap with. If you really want to drop down to the 17's (IMO the car soesn't look right on 17's) someone may be really eager to swap.
Good luck whatever you choose to do.

I'd swap but I don't think my lease would allow it :(

Thanks again guys, I did consider selling the 19's but I'd prefer to have them when I sell the car.

I test drove one on 18’s and ordered mine with 19’s. I wouldn’t have known there was any difference at the time.

I’m toying with going to my dealership and test driving another on 18’s to see if I notice a difference after 18 months of driving.

That said, I much prefer the 19” ones for their looks and ease of cleaning so for me it would be a trade off.

There may be a need to check insurance cover if non standard wheels are fitted.
