Loads of choice on Amazon. Not for me though, think they look a bit tacky.
Puma ST-Line-Vignale 155 manual, magnetic grey, DAP, electric tailgate. New in December 2021.

Small button cell type battery powered, with a magnetic switch.. not for me I am afraid
