As I should shortly be collecting my new Puma Vignale 155 which replaces my ST line X FE 125 I'm asking the following. Without driving either car how do you know which one is which apart from the ID on the B pillar. There are no badges and both engines look identical as they would, both being 999cc. I understand the turbo has a bigger capacity but not sure if it is physically larger. Are there any other obvious visible differences anyone.

AFAIK there is no visible exterior difference....So, you will have to think of your 155 as a sleeper....

Only difference I noticed with the Vignale was the tail pipe. As for 125 v 155 there is no physical difference within the models - that is 125 STL looks the same as the 155 STL, as does the x v the x and the Vignale v the Vignale.

Not sure how the turbos look under the bonnet.

155 have disc brakes front and rear. 125 has only in front.

As does mine, but, they may have changed that on the latest specs.

Picked up my Vignale on Tuesday its also the 155 with the auto gearbox. When I was browsing on autotrader I noticed that the 125 cars all had drum rear brakes but my 155 has disc's all round. Not sure if this is standard throughout the range but might be a way of spotting the difference. Another thing I noticed was the led headlamps on the earlier vignale appear to be self leveling, but on mine they are manually adjusted. Mine also shows that it is the 2022 model so ford have probably altered a few bits to speed up production.

My 125 has rear drums. The first edition had rear disks. 155s all have rear disks. The 155 has a physically bigger turbo than the 125 and insurance on the 155 will cost a bit more.

The Vignale has a few more bits on it. It has leather massage seats I believe, but I do prefer the look of the leather stitching on the st-line x. I think it has keyless entry too, a bit more chrome and the tailpipe is different.

The main thing common to most Pumas is that they all seem to come with vibrations and rattles.

As someone who test drove the 155 and bought the 125, I certainly I wish that I had gone for the 155
