Puma delayed again

Finally got my VIN number according to regular dealer still on track but can't track myself as there is no customer order number only a dealer order number.

Looks like delivery will be May what a let down

Lol, seems like every Puma gets held up somewhere. Mine has sat a Dagenham for over a week now, my dealer said he has 70 cars sitting there and not had a transporter since late last week. He also said mine is down as a priority as it was ordered in August, ETA on it leaving is now Monday, but that was down as today for a few days.

Have you got the full 17 digit VIN? Mine only became active for tracking once it had reached body offline I think I remember.

Yes got the 17 digit VIN, does that mean it only becomes active once fully built or?

Can't believe my original date was 10th March delivery now I'm looking at 14th May, Delayed by a week again from last week he said its getting better they had a large shipment arrive that they didn't have enough room for! But that orders are being done in a random way!!

Well just had a message from my dealer that my puma st just turned up at my dealership…can’t wait now to pick up on Thursday.

If your vehicle is sat in Dagenham for any period of time longer than you feel is right, you could do what I did.

Mine arrived in Dagenham January 5th and I still hadn't received it by March 1st with no date scheduled still after that. Dropped an email to the COO of the motor group, I ordered it from on March 2nd expressing my annoyance and disappointment at all the delays in getting it up from Dagenham, after being fobbed of by the salesman.

I got a reply the same day from him and the head of sales rang me with an hour and it was bought up from Dagenham, valeted and delivered on March 7th

Googled the COO's email of the motor group to get his details, it should be out there, not sure they'll be able to do anything about the build time in Romania, but certainly should be able to speed things up if stuck in Dagenham from my experience
